Tracy Taylor, LLPC
I am a very compassionate and client-centered mental health professional dedicated to supporting
individuals as they navigate life's challenges and work toward emotional wellness. I strive to
provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your
thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.
As a Christian-based therapist, I welcome clients who wish to incorporate their faith and spiritual
beliefs into the counseling process. I recognize that faith can be a powerful source of strength,
healing, and guidance, and I thoughtfully integrate faith-based principles when they align with
your preferences and treatment goals.
As a mother of four daughters, I understand the joys, challenges, and responsibilities of
balancing family life, personal growth, and everyday demands. This perspective helps me
connect with clients who may be navigating parenting, relationships, life transitions, and the
many stressors that can arise throughout different stages of life.
I hold both a Master of Science degree and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental
Health Counseling, which have provided me with a strong foundation in evidence-based
practices, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. My educational
background, combined with my professional experience, allows me to support clients with a
wide range of mental health concerns.
I have experience working with youth and adults facing concerns such as anxiety, depression,
trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship issues, and family-related challenges. My goal is to
help you develop practical coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and increase self-awareness to support lasting growth and resilience.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strength-based, and culturally responsive. I believe that
each person has unique strengths and abilities, and I work alongside my clients to identify those
strengths and develop realistic, achievable goals. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic strategies
tailored to each individual's needs while maintaining a warm, empathetic, and supportive
presence throughout the counseling process.
I believe in meeting clients where they are and honoring each person's unique journey. I am
passionate about helping individuals create meaningful change, improve their quality of life, and
move toward greater stability, confidence, and overall well-being.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy gardening, golfing, crafting, decorating, family, traveling, and
shopping. These activities allow me to express creativity, practice self-care, and maintain a
healthy balance between my personal and professional life. My appreciation for growth,
creativity, and connection influences the supportive and encouraging environment I strive to
create for my clients.
I look forward to partnering with you and your family on your journey toward healing, growth,
and wellness.
