Britton Stebbins, LLPC
I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist who helps clients reconnect with their strengths
and step confidently into the lives they want to lead. I earned my master’s degree in counseling
from Oakland University, and I support individuals in letting go of the weight of the past while
reshaping unhelpful thinking patterns into more balanced, empowering perspectives.
Grounded in a deeply client-centered approach, I create a space where self-expression, personal
voice, and emotional safety guide every session. Clients often describe me as someone who helps
them build self-esteem, set realistic and meaningful goals, and regain a sense of control over
their lives.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults across a wide range of needs.
My therapeutic style integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, existential
therapy, and client-centered principles to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, social
anxiety, and persistent negative automatic thoughts.
At the heart of my work is a belief in each person’s capacity for growth, resilience, and renewed
confidence—one thoughtful step at a time.
